I am enjoying this app, and I really like the side scrolling feature that allows me to simultaneously see my blood glucose and heart rate at any given time. At the time of this review, this app is dependant upon the Freestyle Librelink app for its blood glucose information, and that app has major compatibility issues with most of the phones on the market. Unfortunately, this means the average user will likely have to buy a high end Samsung, Pixel, or iPhone to get the most from the January app.

The app has a good concept, but fails with tech support. Your only outreach when having a problem is to email tech support. You can wait days for a responce. The app is not ready as they are still working out bugs. 14 day report never work. I waited over two months for the report. I have waited now two months for cgm. They send same email responce. We are working on resolving and will get back with you in 24 to 48 hrs. There is no help when cgm fails. I had to research and call manufacture mysel

Desires: 1. Food list modification for non-standard items. Ability to change details of nearest fit and save as My Foods. 2. Message/contact feature to ask questions and/or report issues 3. HR monitor: Fitbit only option listed. Is that correct? 4. Allow edit of food intake to add and/or correct entries ++ 5. Wasn't able to enter correct time for food intake. Defaulted to time when data entered rather than end of eating.

Very useful app. Helps me track my daily habits as they relate to my condition. Also gave new meaning to my cgm glucose data. Highly recommend to others!

Very unreliable app. Can't log foods, will randomly drop blood glucose readings.

Terrible customer service. They ignore you and only want your money. They refuse to cancel orders or issue refunds. Don't bother with this company.
