About this app

Pautívate is an app designed to encourage active breaks during the development of your work activities, in order to maintain a correct posture for better health.

Within the app you will find the different sections with their respective active breaks proposed to be carried out during the working day. Each exercise has a video and a detailed description of how the exercise should be performed.

- Added alert dialog for when you want to stop the timer.
- The timer activity is restarted when it stops to return the gif to its initial state.
- Rounding is applied to the corners of the alert dialogs.
