Maybe I'm a lazy gamer. This looks great in the videos, but for me the actual gameplay lacks... something. I can't find a good rhythm, and I think the enemies are a bit OP to be truthful. No matter how many upgrades I do, still it's only a couple of hits and you're out. Start again. And there's no obvious way to other environments (as seen on the video), so I'm back at the start, have only seen the first 'world' and it got boring very quickly. Sorry, it's just not fun.

I tried to like this game because I love games like this but dwarf journey is just frustrating and boring. I played to about lvl 14 and beat the first boss and the only upgrades I got were just numbers, nothing actually changes how you play, weapons, armour, runes, and those shrine things add nothing but numbers and percentages. Enemy placement is also bad because there's nothing in your kit to deal with 5 goblins lined up charging and throwing at you without getting hit.
