Rather fun and enjoyable game with cute graphics, cheery music, and a steady stream of fresh content. However, it remains a qualified recommendation for a few reasons. The design of the game makes it hard for players living in remote areas to do well. Older players have a huge advantage over newbies even when compared to other games. The hordes of multi-accounters and ungracious players, who infest this game and hog precious resources such as gyms, are also a big turnoff.

Game is buggy and glitchy to the point of being unplayable. All my friends who play have lost money on items. I've been playing for years and I've reached the point where I just can't justify spending more time and money on it because functions don't work. Some of the bugs have been in the game for years. In the past few years I've tried playing on about 5 different devices, always with loads of issues. Out of 5 raid passes 2 on average are wasted because game crashes or something.

I recently got back into this game now that it's more fleshed out and hopefully more fun. But what is the point of allowing pokemon to evolve through trade if you can't get them back afterwards? Why even add that as an option? I understand it isn't a full pokemon game but some of the decisions in game design are ultimately confusing and take away from the experience of getting to have pokemon "irl".

Game freezes often and on a day of an event where I purchased a ticket for, my game froze. It would not reload. I called my service provider they said it was the game app it looked congested. So Niantic should be prepared for big events not be overwhelmed with trainers playing. I lost out on a few rewards that day eventhough I paid for the event ticket! I contacted Google since the app developer didn't offer a refund!

I loved this game before but now I can't see the normal map and it says that their is no gps found. I asked my friend if it was just me and he sent over a picture of that it looks normal. I hope you can fix this because I want to play the game properly and not have to make a whole new account because it i don't want to spend more money on the game when I don't have to.

I love this game. However its super annoying because it will not load I have very good internet I have game launcher which is required for Pokemon Go. I have my location on aswell which is also required for this game but despite having everything I need to play but it still says "GPS Signal not found". This is super annoying because it has done this for.
