The app is basically useless when you intend to report a fault or track. I have tried like more than 10 times it keeps on loading to get account details. The only good part about this app is the advert that owner put up which is clear the rest is not useable.

In June 2021 i installed this app but had to delete it as nothing was working. I have re-installed it today and it works perfectly. On new installation / faults put more details

The app is good but you need to update it so that the complaint number can come as a text to the number attached. Because you can't copy and paste it somewhere from the app.

Nice UI. Haven't used the app yet ... except two things. 1. Include the hardware "Back" to work as well. 2. Make Phone numbers operational from the app. What I mean is when a person clicks the number they should be able to transfer it to the phone activity or directly make a call from your app.
