Ứng dụng XWorkerBee giúp nhân viên tự chấm công hằng ngày bằng điện thoại. Mỗi nhân viên sẽ được quản lý cung cấp một tài khoản bao gồm mã tài khoản, tên đăng nhập và mật khẩu để đăng nhập vào app.
Các chức năng chính của ứng dụng:
1. Chấm công (check-in, check-out) bằng camera và định vị
Nhân viên khi cài đặt sẽ cho phép ứng dụng truy cập camera và định vị, để khi check-in hoặc check-out ứng dụng sẽ kiểm tra vị trí đứng của nhân viên có hợp lệ hay không, sau đó chụp lại khuôn mặt bằng camera trước, đồng thời lưu lại vị trí và thời điểm chấm công. Chụp ảnh khuôn mặt nhằm mục đích tránh trường hợp nhân viên nhờ người khác chấm công, xác định vị trí nhằm mục đích chỉ cho phép nhân viên chấm công trong phạm vi cho phép và lấy được tọa độ khi đứng chấm công.
App sẽ nhắc nhở nhân viên chấm công trước giờ làm và trước giờ ra về dưới dạng notify, để đảm bảo nhân viên không quên chấm công.
2. Xin nghỉ phép
Nhân viên xin nghỉ phép trên app, admin sẽ duyệt lại thông tin này.
3. Xin đi trễ, về sớm
Nhân viên xin đi trễ hoặc về sớm trên app, admin sẽ duyệt lại thông tin này.
4. Nhận thông báo
Nhân viên tiếp nhận và theo dõi các thông báo do quản lý gửi đến, toàn bộ thông báo sẽ được hiển thị trên app.
