Updated app is AWFUL. Old app translated to English well, new version barely HAS any English (yes, "English" is selected in settings). Even in Vietnamese the app is harder to navigate and more difficult to read. What's up with every menu and button being tiny? OTP barely works - twice the app wouldn't accept the pin sent by the system, and kept making me wait to resend a new pin. Way to make a mostly functional app not work at all. I have the most recent version of the app as of May 15.

UPDATE to your reply: THE LINK DOESN'T WORK FOR FOREIGNERS. The app loads fast and has an English version. Good job on that. However, I still don't see an improvement in the profile update within the app itself. Viettel has this functionality within the app. I don't know why Mobifone can't do it.

This app is the most useless app I have ever seen, ever. You can't top up or update ID with it. It's been broken for over a year that I've used it, and it was never fixed. The data usage is the only redeeming feature, and sometimes it doesn't even update. And nowadays it's starting to spam a copious amount of ads notifications, more so than Lazada or Shopee. If you want to be spammed with ads notifications, go for it.

The updated version doesn't send the OTP! I was not able to register my old simcard because the app kept crashing!!! They put an option to switch to English but 99% in the app is in Vietnamese; the packages are also very limited and not beneficial to users. I'll switch to a different network soon. And for some reasons, I cannot send text messages!!!! Worse network!

good service online..much better than service at branches with staffs who are not professional at all . I wish if mobifone makes all news and offers in the App in English language too
