It is not an app. It is just login screen. It is not showing anything. Asking me to enter card ID to check the details. Then what is the point of logging in using my credentials.. School kids can make better app than this using html code.

Nothing is there in app. To check claim status we need to enter claim number and policy number manual. No drop down selection. No date range selection.
