So half an hour later after I created the account, I received a phone to verify my identity. After everything been checked and confirmed I was told I was good to go and manage the account. Unfortunately, when you try to see the job applications it keeps saying that I need to wait 4 working hours to be able to use it!!!! It has passed 12hours and I STILL can't use it!!!!!! Heard great things about reed app and now this happens!!! I really need to hire staff so please, could you urgently resolve this matter? I much appreciate. Thank you

For two days your app has said I will be able to see my jobs and applications in 4 working hours. I understand that I got the ad for free but that does not mean you should treat me like s**t, I am a new business and could have used a paid service down the line. Your loss.
