When it works its good but occasionally your already in the app through all security and it asks for password and cgi when your already signed in and says wrong info when it's not.

I give it a 4 for intuitiveness and look and feel. You can tailor articles by organisation, country and location; so this app maybe a lot better than a website - time will tell - and will depend on the quality and applicability of the articles!! Downside: Only that it took time to get set up, and I needed help with initial registration because I was surprised to find my username was as per my laptop login, and not the Country/GCI derivative explained in the user guide.

Is quite informative, did struggle to log on initially. Some questions I have, if, like when I've worked on aircraft with live explosives at Warton, mobile devices are forbidden, so how can you get live updates when we are in a dilemma like coronavirus? Then, as I'm currently in F35 at Samlesbury with pathetic 4G coverage inside 430 dept, how can we again expect to get live updates? Could the company look to improve 4G coverage across all networks within affected buildings? Coverage for all !!!!

It would be nice to actually get notifications every time there is new content. At the moment it is reliant on us going in and checking manually. I haven't had one notification yet and yes, they are switched on with permissions granted.

Clicking on the notification icon and headline that my phone displays, opens the app on the "All news" page, rather than with the article I wanted to read. I quite often can't find what I wanted to read. Can this be "fixed" sometime?

The app generally works fine however I can't see any way to customise notifications. So I currently seem to get at least one or two a day telling me either "try the new app!" Or something equally none-important. Please allow me to customise it to critical only - e.g the site is flooded, don't come to work etc. Thank you.
