104職涯社群一次滿足會員們學習與交友的需求，提供活動講座清單、報名功能、講座互動機制，學員在活動現場可以透過群組聊天室向講師發問或與其它學員互動，亦可將講師與其它學員加入好友清單，在課後持續交流討論，無需使用私人的Facebook與Line帳號，運用共同興趣與學習主題拓展專業人脈，讓人與人之間的連結更加自然。


主要功能介紹：
1. 活動講座：瀏覽活動講座，可直接報名講座，或關注有興趣尚未開放報名的講座。
活動講座分為二大主題：「職涯成長」與「人資法令」。「職涯成長」包含：網路行銷、程式語言、資料科學、UI/UX、數據分析…等，多元化的課程安排，協助會員了解各行各業、不同領域的技能需求，做為未來職涯發展規劃參考。「人資法令」 由104人資長與法務長親自主持，每月一堂課，提供最新人資法令相關資訊。

2. 講座互動機制：提供群組聊天室功能，活動當天學員報到完成後，即可啟用聊天室，透過群組聊天室，講師、學員、活動主辦方可以在課中、課後三方互動與交流。
