Book Meeting Room is an advance booking app designed for booking a meeting or conference rooms. This smart technology allows effective planning and managing of meetings, making your organization processes easier and assist in using office premises in a managed way. You can directly schedule a meeting using an app.
Often companies are facing problems while booking room; either they have to deal with unused spaces or overbooked rooms. This led to lost time and confusion. Thanks to the Book Meeting Room, you can now have an immediate availability of a particular room easily, simple and stress-free. The display shows the list of rooms with their names and the availability of a particular room.
Bookings can be done from settings for a given free slot and given a date.
Note: You can view the booking rooms up to next three days i.e. 72 hours.
