I would have rated them 0 if at all it was there. They begun by spelling my name's wrong even after submitting my id, they take too long to refill stock and they rarely take Customers issues with care or urgency. They are simply neglegant and incompetent forgetting we got many cheaper supermarkets around I used to love it but not anymore

Can only be setup once. Once you either switch phones or reinstall the app on the same you registered it still refuses at the store. Kindly allow users to login into their accounts freely

Add an option to register using phone number as currently new app installations cannot be configured to an existing loyalty registration as it requests for qr code scan that's only available to new users

A fine experience. Enrich the info displayed in the mini-statement details with transacting branch and points earned for that purchase. Where input of phone number has been used at the till instead of the QR option, the transaction details do not update in the mini-statement.

My points have never been updated on the app. The whole loyalty system (both app and use of phone number) at Quickmart should be improved asap inorder to offer customers greater convenience.

Very trashy app. Once you uninstall then install again you have to go through the registration process all over again, which is tiresome and time wasting. Also, it doesn't show the number of points that you have gained so far.
