You can only set dropoff location "modtagerflex" via the app, and then the package doesn't get dropped off. The fact that it can only be done via an app is not too bright.. Downloading an app for every company you have to interact with does not improve user experience.

AVOID! Ordered a package with delivery in person. Got a message were I could change the delivery method. I picked the drop off. Today, someone rang the doorbell, I press to open. Nothing happened. Went to check downstairs (im on 2nd floor). Nothing. Went back and saw a message, "WE TRIED to deliver, couldnt do it, you ll pick it up from somewhere else". Also got a picture of my parcel in front OF STUE'S FRONT door. Despite that their drop off option said it will be in front of my APARTMENT DOOR.

Almost no options to change delivery date. My deliveries don't always shows. Support says one thing. Result is totally different, not trustworthy, badly organised deliveries and not eco friendly. I can also guess that it is also bad work environment. I had to cancel my plans twice because delivery department ignored what was agreed with support line.

It is impossible to actually get support regarding a package. The app has no option for talking or chatting with a human. The fake bot they are using is literally just a glorified set of menus. The app does not even show a phone number for their support. Not that it matters, because calling the support number on the website just gives you an automatic voice message saying they aren't taking calls and then it hangs up automatically. Should be 0 stars really.

My package was never delivered. It only says "delivered" on the app, but it's not there. It's impossible to contact customer support, and the only help you can get is from a bot who can only answer basic questions. It's been almost a full month, and I still don't have my package.

forgets packages you track, tracking info may be out of sync. interface a bit confusing. Also home deliveries are mysteriously marked as failed even if no delivery attempt has been made.
