About this app

Directum Solo for Android is an easy-to-use app for managers of commercial and state-owned companies. Work with Directum and Directum RX on your tablet or your phone.
Use this version to get all the new features and compatibility with latest Android versions.

App Features:
- View documents, archives and email attachments
- Review documents by adding graphic and text comments
- View and sign documents, including formalized ones.
- Review incoming documents and pass resolutions on them
- Create action items or assignments and follow up their execution
- Receive up-to-date information about efficiency of company business processes, employees’ performance and workload by using widgets
- View the list of upcoming meetings and documents related to them, add materials, and monitor the execution of action items and assignments resulting from the meetings
- Work in several systems at the same time
An important advantage is that the app features are available even without an Internet connection (offline). You can read, review, approve, and sign documents, create and execute action items, assignments, or jobs. Your changes will be automatically synchronized once you get network access.
Directum Solo is specifically adapted for top managers working on their tablets or smartphones. The app is all about efficiency: now you can pass a resolution in just a few steps while all much-needed information is available on one screen.

To make it work:
1. Buy Directum Solo client licenses.
2. Install and configure NOMAD web service to connect to Directum RX or Directum. Make sure the NOMAD version supports work in Directum Solo on .NET.
3. Download and install Directum Solo on your tablet or your phone.
4. If you use certificates issued by CryptoPro certification authority, acquire a license to use cryptographic protection software CryptoPro CSP on one workplace. The app supports CryptoPro CSP versions 4.0 and 5.0.
Important: The app is available on Android 7-14 and supports Directum RX, Directum 5.8.

Meet Directum Solo that supports .NET platform. All new features and support of latest Android versions will be released here.
Here’s what’s new in Directum Solo:
- Autotexts in tasks, assignments, and action items. It gets easier to complete work of the same type. Add frequently used phrases in just a few clicks.
- Form views for document and databook record cards. Now Solo displays card forms configured in Directum RX. To do that, a mobile device needs Internet access.

App Permissions

Allows applications to access information about networks.
Allows applications to read the sync settings.
Allows applications to write the sync settings.
Allows access to the list of accounts in the Accounts Service.
Allows applications to open network sockets.
Allows an app to use fingerprint hardware.
Required to be able to access the camera device.
Allows access to the vibrator.
Allows using PowerManager WakeLocks to keep processor from sleeping or screen from dimming.
Allows an application to receive the ACTION_BOOT_COMPLETED that is broadcast after the system finishes booting.
