why the hell do you need access to all my contacts and videos for this app. is this an app to steal data from innocent prople?

needs way too much info to perform a simple search ie. surname, initial and dob or riw number. all these fields have to be entered in order to perform a search. the old pegasus app only needed 4 characters in any field in order to perform a search. much more user friendly and quicker to verify a person on site if the writing on the sign on sheet is not quite legible or they have the riw number not written correctly. if the search function was like the old pegasus app this app would be great.
