האפליקציה לא מתפקדת כראוי, כהורה מודאג אני מקבל את הנתונים באיחור רב (שעתיים/שלוש), אני לא מצפה לדיווח real time אבל רבאק, מה זה עוזר לי לקבל מידע שכבר לא תורם לי מאומה ? חשוב לי לדעת אם הילד הפעיל ביטוח והיכן הוא נמצא פחות או יותר אבל אין את המידע הזה זמין בעת הצורך
