This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing MiNet Assam DLO on PC Windows and Mac.

About this app

This App is exclusively for use by District Nodal Officers (PMKSY) of Directorate of Horticulture and Food Processing, Assam.

In Assam small farmers (<5 Ha.) are eligible to subsidy upto 85% (Center Share+ State Share) for installation of Micro-Irrigation Systems (Drip/ Sprinkler) under Pradhan Mantri Krishi Sinchayee Yojna (PMKSY). Under this scheme willing farmers can apply on-line on portal minetassam.in

There are few registered vendors in Assam who take up these application and prepare project estimate for such applications. They also upload mandatory documents of farmer on the portal.

This App helps District Nodal Officer, Pradhan Mantri Krishi Sinchayee Yojna (PMKSY) of Assam Horticulture Department in verification of farmer applications using his smartphone. The App helps the Nodal Officer in verification at following stages –
a) Verification of documents uploaded by Vendor.
b) Verification of project estimate submitted by Vendor.
c) Recommendation for release of assistance after final installation by vendor.

Apart from above following features are also provided to the District Officer –
i) Disposal of pending objections.
ii) Dashboard for watching pendency of applications.
iii) Block wise summary of sanctions.
iv) Enquiry of status of any application.
