I don't know why this app has been designed if no one can submit a proper report, I had tried multiple times to file different reports using this time wasting app but it says i don't have my internet connection and throw my report in the OFFLINE REPORT. It's so terrible and unfortunate that we failed to design a single app to report something serious.

Hi, the app has some error which does not lets me submit a report and it sends the report to offline section by giving a message that you don't have an internet connection while my internet is working fine. Kindly fix this issue so that I can submit my report, thank you.
