This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing StaffMate on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. If the APK file does not automatically open with BlueStacks, right-click on it and select 'Open with...', then navigate to BlueStacks. Alternatively, you can drag-and-drop the APK file onto the BlueStacks home screen.

Great Until it wouldn't Log In. The app would log me out and tell me to log back in. So I put my info in and I tells me that it is not right. I login with the same info online or on a computer and it works. This app needs to be updated and fixed.

Have used this app for over a year. Has been great. However, now it just sits and spins and doesn't open. This last update has screwed things up immensely . I have two different companies that use this and I need to be able to have both able to open. I have lost work over this lately . HELP!!!!!!

Big nope from me as well. My phone number IS verified, I can access online just fine, but this app is utterly useless and won't let me log in. It's unfortunate to see web developers not responding to anyone's complaints - especially when they are all identical. Uninstalling and not recommending. ✌

Just a horrible app overall. I wish my employer didn't use this. I used to be able to block my schedule on the app but now it just redirects me to the mobile view which obviously won't let me block the schedule. This is so poorly designed that it makes my brain hurt.

Good app but messages are not working. They keep showing me the same first old message from 2 years ago in details for all messages. Also, I'd like to be able to sync my google calendar with StaffMate.

this app is constantly logging me out. I will put in the proper log in information but it will say my number or password is Incorrect. When I try to go into "forgot password" the app will say my phone number isnt verified even though my boss can see that it is.
