This service was very good in the beginning but later on they hv degraded their standards. Sometime they arrive before time and sometimes 1.5 hr late. Cleaning is also not upto the mark like before ...the workers are not trained .. not recommended..

Worst app along with the worst service, there is no way to rate the worker in the new app and so many bugs, also always sending new unprofessional workers that are bad at what they pr very slow, and many more problems..

my experience is not good with others miad ,they r v rude,I have complain many time but I think they have all same types of maid,even they don't know how to talk, my advice is samsco should give attention on this matter and give training to theirs maids how to work in others home.thanks
