WorkMate is a workplace companion app that keeps your business operating smoothly.

We have a variety of features designed to keep your business moving fast.

Team Management
- Our team management features help you onboard staff quickly. Create custom roles and grant fine-grained permissions for what your staff are allowed to do.

Job Management
- Create and track jobs in your workplace.
- Assign jobs to one or more staff members.
- Notifications are sent to staff when assigned or unassigned.
- Upload files and use the comments section to discuss the job.

Vehicle Management
- Our vehicle management features will keep you in the loop when repairs need to be carried out and when your WoF and Rego are due for renewal.
- Quickly add vehicles by plate or by scanning rego barcode.
- Track when WoF/Rego/Service are coming up for renewal.
- Upload Photos/Videos/Documents related to each vehicle.
- Dedicated comments tab to discuss repairs/maintenance or anything about the vehicle.

Incident Reporting
- Our incident reporting features allow your staff to quickly report when something has gone wrong. Staff can attach photos, files and comments to their report.
- Dedicated comments tab to discuss the incident with other team members.
- Track which incidents need to be resolved by using the open/closed status for each incident report.

Checklists and Forms
- Create custom interactive forms for things such as pre-work inspections, vehicle checks or site audits.
- Add checkboxes and text fields with a title and optional description, then drag to re-order them.
- Additional form field types will be available in a future update.

Contact Management
- Add your work related contacts for quick access directly in the app.

Offline Data Sync
- Our offline data sync features allow you to access mission critical information when you need it the most. Don't have access to a network connection? No problem!

Blazing Fast
- Our servers are located in New Zealand, so you can enjoy super fast syncing and searching of your data. No one wants to look at a loading spinner all day!

App Permissions

Allows applications to open network sockets.
Required to be able to access the camera device.
Allows using PowerManager WakeLocks to keep processor from sleeping or screen from dimming.
Allows applications to access information about networks.
Allows an application to receive the ACTION_BOOT_COMPLETED that is broadcast after the system finishes booting.
Allows access to the vibrator.
