- Enter important details such as Date and Time, Location, Department, Type of Incident, Project/Reference, Issue Descriptions, Actions Taken, GPS location, Images.
- Send the reports to the relevant manager, sector or authorities. Use your name or stay anonymous to protect your identity.
- Keep an archive of all your reports created with our hse app.

◉ INSPECTIONS AND AUDITS: Make use of checklists for safety rounds and audits related to quality and the work environment.
- Our audit app enables you to assess and do thorough audits and understand the context of each audit. May also be used for all kinds of risk assessment.
- Neatly overview all your inspections in the New, In Progress & Completed sections

◉ SAFE-JOB ANALYSIS (SJA): Create SJA by adding Date, Name, Participants. Do the safe job analysis to assess the risk of all work operations that may involve a certain risk to people, the environment, machines etc. Send the finished safe job analysis with detailed reporting within the app.

◉ TIME SHEETS: No need to use separate apps to manage your workdays. Use the in-built Timesheets so you can easily document your working day. Add details such as Employee No., Department, Entries, Summary, Overtime and send them to your managers. View all of the timesheets you’ve sent at one place too.
