Otomofis is a financial and inventory management tool for small and medium enterprise companies. These companies have mobile units or sales points, warehouses at different locations. An important real problem on such companies, is management of inventory and money, truly. Because, there are dynamic circumstances and this condition get hard to make right inventory and Money flow results. Especially, transactions between sales points or mobile units is too mixed, and it is hard to manage by one or two people. Otomofis, moves according to a motto in literatur, “the information is entered from its source by once”. So Otomofis is collaboration software. In this system every unit has own responsibility for getting right data results. Otomofis has both offline and online working capabilities with 3G. On implementation, every unit or sales point has a Unit Android app or PC app with their phone, tablet or PC All units enters data about sales, orders, payments and bills. In this system, there can be one or two warehouse, so warehouse app controls product flows between locations and warehouses. Finally all transactions are controlled by manager or managers. In this app, manager watchs information flows, sales,orders, inventory levels. In some conditions manager watch mobile units for daily routes, performance analysis, mobile vehicle locations with Google Map. All customer locations are recorded by Otomofis. So system can understand that mobile unit visited a customer. Route planning is most important topic for Otomofis. In a day, Otomofis can optimize daily used road length using Google Map with Genetic Algortihm.
