This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Dubline Telecom on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

One of the best and hassle free apps I've ever used, basically I have a land line number on my mobile for less than half of the price. And it sync up with my phone contacts, I had an issue with recording calls and the developers promised me with an alternative to record all incoming and outgoing calls. Just brilliant App.
