An excellent resource as a starting point for people interested in learning the Shavian alphabet, however users need to check for errors in translation. Since Shavian is phonemic, not phonetic, using phonetics as the basis of translation will inevitably cause inaccuracies. The app itself also still needs development, can be a bit buggy. Overall recommend, hoping that it continues to be developed.

Very useful and easy app for those learning and using the Shaw phonemic alphabet (Shavian) for English instead of the Latin alphabet (Roman letters). This app is still in development with minor errors and usability problems still too be ironed out. It's one of a kind and that is why I am sticking with it as it matures.

Love languages and this one is fascinating. The app is brilliant, easy to use and makes learning Shavian easier.

It's pretty good at translating phonetically, but it doesn't use the shorthand for words like "the" and "of".

I were looking for a dictionary that allow transcription of words to shavian. But it's "only" a keyboard and a letter translator. Thanks anyway.
