When i first downloaded the app it was great. But over the last few months the app has stopped working. It will open and not go anywhere from there. I uninstalled and reinstalled twice and still not working.

Sometimes it works, most of the time you cant get past the first page. I enjoy being able to have access on the go, however the functionality of the app needs some work. I suggest they update their app to fix the bugs.

I downloaded the app to look at my LES and leave balances. The app launches my browser to MyPay. Log on information must be entered my each time. This typically isn't a huge deal in most cases, but MyPay has a password character requirement, can't match any previous passwords, must be changed on a regular basis, require a capital letter, special character, and numbers. There is an option to set up a pin on MyPay, but it isn't usable. It definitely is not convenient.

Basic information and links to MyPay website. No actual functionality. I was told by a DFAS customer service rep to download this app so I could check my LES from my phone (because from the mobile website I was having issues bringing the LES pdf up). So I downloaded it and tried to navigate to where I thought the LES would be....What did I find? A link to the MyPay mobile website. 🤔 *****Please make it an actual application with real functionality!
