I really like the whole concept for accurate measurements, but the app isn't working for my Galaxy S5 phone. Parts of the screen are cut off. The 'Next' buttons appear overlayed on top of the instructional text. The 'Measure' button isn't visible on the measurements page. Please fix! I really want this to work and would definitely like to upgrade my rating to 5 stars. :-)

It took me a few tries and the result was 42DD. I tried on one of my old 42DD bras, and it's quite constricting. (I currently wear 44G.) Then I looked at the Soma bras online. 42DD is the largest size they offer.

I was unable to sign up or log-in (always got an error message) and was unable to get adequate assistance (though the young man helping me was patient and persistent. He relayed instructions from the IT person who said to use "3 simple steps" to install and open. They were the steps for reviewing the product). I have installed and uninstalled and reinstalled the app several times. Also tried restarting my phone (Galaxy S9) a few times. I had the same problem someone else did the "cm/in" choice was overlaid by a next button which didn't completely align and was nonfunctional. The sign-up process "next" buttons were non-functional and I had to manually advance to the next sign-up question. The green light on the back turned on, but I just couldn't get the app to move forward in the installing process. I am returning the product.

Doesn't work with LG V20 phone. You aren't able to create an account which you have to have to use app. The "Next" button is on top of the area where you select measurement type. so when you tap it all it does is toggle between centimeters and inch. I'm really disappointed, I was really looking forward to using it as I usually have a hard time finding bras.

So far it seems fairly accurate (measured me a size up from what I've been wearing, which I suspected anyway) so after i try one if that size, I'll have a better idea. Based on the instructions, I used two different higher lines to measure the largest part, and got the same measurement, so seems to be consistent. I wish there was a way to turn it off when I'm done, though, to help conserve the battery.

The app seems like it would be fine, but it's not connecting to the bra. Like another user who said she had trouble connecting, I'm using a Galaxy S8. I have tried holding my phone directly to the patch (she said she had to hold her phone close) and it does not connect, despite the blinking light on the bra, my phone's Bluetooth being on and hitting "measure" on the app. I love gadgets and was excited about this for the novelty of it, but man, it's gotta work! I guess I'll try to return the bra.
