Great service from the staff. Couldn't be any happier with them. Always attentive and on hand to answer any questions you have. l returned a pair of trainers as they were too small and they didn't hesitate to change them for a different pair. Only thing was that the music was on quite loud but wasn't really a problem as you can hear each other fine. Haven't bought on line as l prefer to see the items in store before buying. Great app for browsing through and seeing what is available.

Out of 7 items from favourites only 1 I have been able to add to the cart, the rest of them had an error("We have not been able to add this product to the basket").

Good app for most things but whenever I try to put something in my basket it just says "alert" and does nothing. I've tried reinstalling but it doesn't make a difference.

Such a terrible app. Rarely gets updated which results in seeing older clothes which are out of stock. If you want to look for clothes you have to go onto the website.

Cannot add anything to the basket, what's the use being to browse things but can't order them. Told by customer service that means they are out of stock and to use the website. Why have an app with filters if it doesn't work. Poor app

Overall good app but everytime i tried to add somthing to basket it would come up with 'alert' and this item cant be added to your basket which was really annoying then when i went on the website half the stuff i wanted wasnt in there or it was different prices 😔

Will never add any of the sale stuff to the basket. This happened 3 months ago and it's still a problem now. If it's because they are out of stock, they should be taken off the website/app.

Absolutely shite. Every button took about 40 tries to actually register and every time I added something to my basket it put two copies in and didn't let me change the amount of items. Complete waste of time. Just use the website

Does not let me add stuff to the basket only says "Alert" instead without explanation. It also shows products that are out of stock with their previous prices which if you go to the website, you would not find. A horrible app, Footasylum clearly have not been spending enough to make this app viable.

it's ok. only issue I am having is that whenever I look for something and try to.add it to the basket it just says: alert, ok. Then does nothing. also brings up stock that's not even available anymore.

Best shopping app ever man. Its basically everything in one. Snickers, Joggers, Jackets, coats and lots more to choose from You think it has simple!. Best brands and of course popular ones. If you looking for a shopping app and I'm telling you right now this is the one trust me it's legit the best one out there

good products so thats worth 3 stars. But the app keeps saying ... we are not able to add this product to the basket... no info why its not letting me add them, aslo ive tried over 20 products and just getting the same message. need it fixing or an explanation on why this error is showing

Too many notifications. Hey I'd love to hear about offers, I really do, but when you keep setting my phone off on vibration with your annoying promotions then you're gonna end up losing your customers. Here is a piece of advice, quality over quantity.

The app doesnt tell you when things are out of stock, instead it just says "we have not been able to add this item to the basket". The app needs to update so it actually shows website stock because it's really misleading.
