DO NOT USE! I downloaded this & signed up for the yr of faxing as I had several faxes that would need to be sent. I told my husband, he advised that our printer sends faxes & we didn't need this service. I went to Google Play subscriptions to cancel, but it's not there. I go in the app to cancel and the only option is to email them. So I did, and they came back and said they couldn't, that I had to do it through the play store. THIS IS A SCAM TO GET MONEY AND THE FAXES WEREN'T EVEN DELIVERED!

DO NOT USE!!! I used it once for my Military claims. Canceled it, was automatically charged $90.00 after canceling...emailed them and they said they won't refund me and I can continue using the fax application THAT I DON'T WANT OR NEED ANYMORE. Their customer service sucks badly!! I'd LOVE to speak how I really feel, but I'm sure I'd get in trouble.

Had issues with this app, wouldn't connect, would not allow me to cancel, would crash. If they don't let you cancel, contact your bank to dispute. READ THE GOOGLE REFUND POLICY FIRST!!! 6/27/2021 To date, this vendor still has not responded to my email about a refund and Google is no help. App still doesn't work!

Great if you never ask for it to quit the plan. 3 times I've tried to quit. 3 times of thank you wait for an email. Haha no email and they still charge you. No phone number to actually talk to someone nothing. So 19.99 keeps draining out while I'm still pushing the cancel button. Seriously there should be a negative star

DO NOT USE THIS APP! THE APP DEVELOPER IS A THIEF!! This was an awful experience for me. When I was unable and needed help canceling the subscription because this app did not work on my phone, they charged my credit card 89.99. I requested a refund multiple times and they have yet to respond to me or process my refund. They have basically stolen money from me for something I am unable to use.

Worst experience ever!! Do not download this app. I attempted to send faxes sending over and over they never went threw! I cancled the app. Before the trial ended they still charged me for a full year!! I'm trying to recive a refund. There are no phone numbers I tried email they thanked me for joining on my cancellation email and charged me anyway. I did contact you. You said that you will not refund my money! I never sent a fax! I cancled before the trial ended! You still charged me! No refund!
