I love this app and service. It's great being able to recognize the little things that coworkers do that often get overlooked. I love making my team feel appreciated. The only thing is change is allowing users to individually purchase more reward points to give. I have been trading all mine that I earn for more to give, but I'd love to give even more!

Great service...horrible Android app...I have installed this app twice over the past two months and it still crashes my LG V20 phone with the latest updates on it...someone needs to fix it...the service is actually a great idea and we use it at my company, but their android developers don't know what they're doing

I really like the App, but I feel like it's more complicated than I expected. Its looks like when it updated recently the changes they made is making the App less complicated. i just hope as they update the App they keep improving things to make it work better.

Fun to use. Takes a bit to figure it out but once you do it's great! Only complaints are that the back button completely closes the app (very frustrating!) and I am unable to change my avatar (nothing happens when I click the chose file button).
