This application is good but not enough, as a online platform. Cloud based system means actually doesn't use users device capacity so much like this. Do you know how it is using my storage , more than 6GB within 5weeks; and getting increase day by day. I think the reason is previous video lessons which are not usable by users after that week. It has been stored previous 4weeks videos which uses more than 4GB. So, please make a option to remove those previous video lessons which are not usable.

There is a big problem with this new app and website. 😒💔 When I first logged in for this platform, I used a device that was not mine. Now I can't log in through my device for that. I want to change my device option at least once. Please resolve this issue. If I had been notified in advance, I would have logged in from my devices only.🙄 I regret to inform you that such negligence will hamper our academic activities. 😶✌️

I just used this app as my laptop was broken. And i went through some issues. I hope ull make it possible to change the video quality on recorded class too. Tho my experience with this is so bad literally i don't like this app.

We cant use this app on desktops. Every time we have to login use our telephone number. That is not good. Give a permission to enter e mail adress
