“ 현업에서 활동중인 분야별 전문가를 회원으로 모시고, 해당 분야의 비공개 헤드헌팅 채용 정보를 공유하거나 자문 요청 등을 연결해 드리는 서비스입니다. 

채용정보를 보고 지인을 추천하면, 

1. 채용 포지션에 지인 추천 후 합격시 당사 헤드헌팅 수익의 50%를 드립니다.
2. 다른 현업 전문가를 회원으로 추천하면 그 분이 창출한 수익의 10%를 드립니다. (3명 이상 회원 추천시, 기간 제약 없음)
3. 추천한 회원이 KEN을 통해 이직시 당사 헤드헌팅 수익의 30%를 드립니다. (피추천 회원이 가입한 후 5년간 유효)

그 밖에 회원이 되시면 

1. 업무에 필요한 분야별 전문가를 검색해 강의나 전화자문을 요청할 수 있습니다.
2. 본인이 직접 전문가로 등록해 수익을 창출할 수 있습니다.
