La Business App ZCS-CRM consente di avere con sé anche in offline, i dati del proprio gestionale, di ricevere in autonomia la situazione aggiornata in tempo reale dei propri clienti, risparmiando il tempo di dover trasmettere e ritrascrivere gli ordini presi.
In particolare consente la consultazione di :
- rubrica clienti, fornitori e relativi contatti da usare per telefono, mail, sms.
- situazione consegna ordini, bolle, fatture.
- situazione scadenze.
- catalogo prodotti con foto e dati aggiuntivi.
e permette di :
- registrare nuovi clienti.
- acquisire ordini e preventivi.

L'app è multilungua e lavora anche in assenza di linea, con un trasferimento dati ottimizzato rispetto all'ultima sincronizzazione.
Nell'inserimento ordini sono gestiti articoli in doppia unità di misura, a confezioni, a taglie e colori, con barcode e da storico ordini.
Gli ordini acquisiti sono poi trasmessi in azienda usando la normale connessione dati.

E' possibile profilare per utente ( es. per agente ) i dati dei clienti da visualizzare
ed abilitare la variazione di depositi, prezzi, sconti, omaggi, ..

La app è interfacciata con gestionali di Zucchetti Centro Sistemi ( Teseo , AdHoc Revolution ) e interfacciabile ad altri gestionali.
