About this app

Description

The Ohno Circles app has been developed to help users to capture opportunities for process improvements through the identification of wastes.
Once an opportunity has been identified the users captures the details in the App using the structured template, identifying wastes and areas that need to be improved in any business environment such as logistics, manufacturing and financial services.
Part of the template includes thinking about what needs to be changed or improved to realise the benefit including effort and impact of making the improvements.
Supporting the capturing of the opportunity, there is the ability to take pictures and a short video that can then be shared via the users own mail and messaging applications.

Allows the App to be configured to reflect any type of business facility
Allows the users to use their own naming conventions for facility areas and process as well as products
Provides free text areas to explain the opportunity
Enables pictures, video and recordings to be tagged to the opportunity
Allows the user to classify the wastes observed for each opportunity
Allows the user to categorise the areas that requires focus to make any improvements
Users can e-mail a report detailing the opportunity via his/her loaded mail or messaging applications
A dashboard is part of the App so the users can share the opportunities identified in a charted format
