I was unable to log in when I first tried numerous of times last month when I installed the app on Google play . You have to make sure that you uncheck the enable box on the three dots when you log in it is located in the upper right corner then it will allow you to log in with your information and you are only using the last four digits of your social security number. I just figure it out myself just now and it worked and I am able to log in now. The app is working just fine for me. 🙏😊
