About this app

The ULTRA has the option to record the vehicles/machinery used for various construction purposes within ULCCS. The application will have the option to record own vehicles and third party vehicles. The major functionality available in ULTRA is managing the trip sheet entry details with reference to various vehicles/machinery operating in various sites of ULCCS. It also has the option to track the vehicles using GPS and know the exact vehicle position at the present time. Additional options such as Document Management, Tyre management, Workshop management, etc. are part of Vehicle Tracking System software. The software majorly interacts with the Engineering, HR and Payroll department. It helps to know how much time vehicles have been used by a particular workforce in order to generate the salary. It generates a reference to the Finance department, to post the expenses coming out of vehicle/machinery usage across various sites.
