Using BlueStacks

This Application is designed by understanding problem of Servicing Industry. It was so difficult to maintain a status of client Complaints, AMC due date,Pending amount, Assigning Job to Employees on Field.
This application has features like
1) Client Module: when Client downloads the application and enter credentials provided by Admin Of Application he can Register Complaint by providing details.
Client can view the the status of Complaint like at what time complaint assigned to engineer.
2)Engineer Module : Engineer get Notification As job Assigned to engineer. Employee receive Contact details of Client and description of Complaint made by client.
Engineer can update status of call so client can get information.
3)Admin Module: Admin Can Assign Call to Employee, Add Client,Add Engineer.Add AMC Details
