Totally unprofessional attitude of sales and technical team. Once the product is sold, they don't care whether your app is working or not. No adherence to timeline. We found many bugs and app took 8 months to fully work. Still I had to pay entire year's subscription.

There are many problems in this software. Often pdf is not created. So often there is no sync. There are many other issues. એપ ને શેર કરવાનો પણ ઓપ્શન નથી આપેલો.. The option to share often does not even come from the play store.

Good app in very good price. Suggestions: 1)Customer page in mobile app should require 360 view like Zoho Currently I can't see the past deals, orders, etc. In one view If I have to see them then I have to go to the deal section & then search it but that is tedious. You can solve this if each button under customer section (deal,order, etc) should have 2 options -Creat -View 2)Button Start/Stop Visit can be only Start/Stop & when person click on it then it should show options: visit/call/meeting.

We're disappointed with our customer support. We've purchased 3 months ago still the app is not completely integrated and our team members are facing with insufficient data and kilometers issues..your supporting team not responding to our users...
