Didn't had much expectations from governments app. Still got disappointed. Absolutely useless app, just doesn't work.. Was stuck at "Fetching consumer details" for about an hour. Tried 2 more time, same thing happened.. When I click on "generate bill", it takes me to app store of redmi. What is going on..? This app seems to be made by an con artist. I suppose, no one knows, how secure is the transaction, if it ever happens.

I see a lot of negative reviews, I've used all the features of this app & can say, it works for what it's designed. You can generate your own bill, see monthly bills & even pay for it. The probelm is, there is no quick action for tickets you generate, also this app seems like it's developed by an unskilled person ! Could have been built like a good looking app with cheesy UI instead of building a minimalist design with Android studio !

I have been using this app since around last 4 months. Earlier this app was working fine, but since yesterday when I tried to make online payment then after entering the Consumer Number and Sub-Division fields, the page is getting stuck to fetching Consumer Details. Pls fix this issue asap as my due dates are very near. There is one peculiar issue in your website as well. Even if we pay online before due dates, then also the benefit of Digital Payment Rebate is not given to the consumer.

I have updated my mobile number and e- mail id twice but no alert has been came. Also every time after opening app we have to enter Consumer number . Please note that in Google Pay or Phonepe if we have paid once then the consumer details are automatically saved and every billing cycle it triggered a message

This app is waste of time. No mobile registration bcoz no otp received. Tried 2days continuesly,but☹️ This app shows the bad condition of govt. sector. in Jharkhand. Now I will uninstall the app. Totally waste. Giving 1star is compulsory, that's why giving, Otherwise this app does not deserve single star.

Worst app.. Always overbilling problem... Tried registering complaints many a times, but no resolutions. Also not able to complete registration for mobile otp. This kind of services you guys are providing? Is this the way to deal with your customers? On the top of that, toll free no is always saying engaged. Customer care not picking up the calls. Jbvnl sucks...
