No request made had ever been attended to. Communications via e-mail are ignored. Schedule of collection of different categories of waste from homes are never officially posted. Total incompetence and insensitivity are the hallmarks of this project. I had repeatedly communicated via e-mail and SMS and WharsApp, but you don't even care to reply, as if customers are mere vessels and you the higher echelon. Repeated REQUESTS TO BE GIVEN THE SMART CARD NEVER HEEDED.
