About this app

ABM Back 2 Work Staff Monitor
The system keeps track of who is in the building at any given time and can keep track and report who they may have been in contact with while they were there.
It also records the number of people in the building to see if the relevant correct occupancy levels are been maintained.
It can be run on as many tablets as required, i.e. for various departments, area, sections or floors, minimum requirement is for just one Android Tablet at the main entrance.

Here is how it works:

Your company has an Android Tablet set up in the reception or the entrance area.
At regular determined intervals, an employee before they arrive in to work will be prompted on their own mobile device to answer relevant safety questions.

If these are answered correctly & the system deems it is safe to go to work, it then shows a unique QR Code on the staff member’s own phone.

Once they arrive in work, they present this QR code on their mobile phone to the reception’s reader and if there is free capacity, it then welcomes ( both visual & verbally ) the person in to the building, it increases the occupancy count on all the screens in the building & updates the relevant logs.

When they leave the premises they present their phone to the reader screen, it then records the fact that they have left the building, it decreases the occupancy count on all the screens in the building & updates the relevant logs.

There is also a facility to allow visitors to enter the building also, the system can send an invite email out to the visitor, who then follows the details on the email, it also produces a QR code which they then show on entry into the building similar to above.

This system works in conjunction with our ABM B2W Employee app on an employees mobile phone, however the Visitor function does not require any other other app just the ability to recieve an email on their mobile phone or a printout of the QR code from a desktop printer.
