I don't have a problem with the app. I do have a problem with the pay rate. They say it will take 20 minutes to do the job for $7.50 when it actually takes an hour at least. It requires getting in touch with manager and 2 other employees, pull stock, stock, and verify on a device the count in store, plus take photos. No way it can be done in 20 minutes. All for $7.50. The pay needs to be better and approx. time to do the job more realistic.

App has issues. I get msg I have been assigned a job but it never shows in my assignment list then I get minus 1 because I didn't do a job I never had. Happens often. Also in my review of projects completed I can see my completed jobs but others at Survey cannot see all that I completed. Probably system update errors or Survey personnel not refreshing their screens.

The app is pretty straightforward. Easy to follow directions and complete tasks. But in order to justify it you need to be pretty hard up for money. Having to communicate with multiple members of staff and management, take 15 pictures, restock, or at least coordinate restocking, as well as create a presentable display of the product at the same time for $7. Ya. Not to mention you're using your own fuel the entire time.. all in all I made $2 on that one job. And wait 6 days

This app is one of the hardest apps for me do work with and I work for multiple merchandising and reset companies on line. No real training as to how and what is expected of me. And getting a rating before I've even been given time to know the process is very upsetting as I have never been call unreliable by any employer on line or in person.

For 96 percent of my experiences with Merchandiser they are great. As long as you follow directions as the job's say and answer any and all questions like they want then all the people that work for Merchandiser are very nice and they are fair on certain situations that arise from time to time with different jobs / locations. If you do what you are asked to do this is a great option to make a little extra money. I've never not gotten paid for a job.

This app is pretty misleading. I accepted a job that was supposed to be for 25$ to water plants at samsclub after i accepted the job the payout drops to 15$ instead Of the 25$. Well i get there and it begins to rain so the the point of contact person told me i would be stocking batteries on a display. After questioning if i was going to be paid because the job specified watering plants she said i still would be paid and it was normal for us to be reassigned so i was never paid.
