Tried several different software options before I found HousecallPro, and that was about 4 years ago, they are constantly improving things with the end use in mind and it was the perfect switch for us. It has been the perfect software for our business to track everything you can think of! And if there's something you need, they are always available to look into adding that option in and tweaking it to suit your needs.

I have this on a company iPad and it works great for the most part. Loading photos to a job takes forever. My complaint is I also have it downloaded on my Android mobile device and 3/4 of the features that are available on the iPad I don't get. Can't look at any of my previous invoices or estimates, half the time I get dispatched I don't get notifications even though it's set to on. Also hate to make an invoice you have to start a whole new job for the same customer let me add it to the invoice

I do like using this app. I like that it is easy to navigate. I do agree with someone else, the chat bubble gets in the way. Initial support could be better and that is because when you type you get topics. However, when I reached out by calling I have always got what I need. And I have learned from the topics available. I've only tried one other program and now I'm not looking, so that means the app is working for me.

It works well overall. Main issue I'm having is the fact that I cannot add a new job because the list of clients that my job can see in his iPhone is not displayed on my Samsung; it always gives me the option to add a new customer and not the option to select one from the list. Kind of annoying to have to call my boss to have him do it on his phone because they clearly pay more attention to the IOS app than the Android app.

Relatively smooth app, lots of good features I'm still figuring out. using it for a year, one thing I feel would be massive improvement would be the ability to create/edit inventory items on mobile without creating a work order. Also being able add pics to items from mobile since using pic from phone is easier than loading to pc the web. As I'm usually on the field, I don't have an office or desk and only use the mobile app, so being able to do this all in the field would be a massive help.

This app is beyond broken. With full bars, it says I have no internet connection constantly. Not only that, but to get to the job that you're on, and to be able to edit it, you have to go through like 4+ pages, and it constantly fails through every step. Or every item you add on. We add on 3+ things per job, and it takes me 10+ minutes to do something that should easily take 1-2 minutes. Invest in a different app, I could go on and on and on about complaints with this app.
