I believe this app has great potential. It basically gives an overview of the application phases and the status of each phase/step in the process. I think it could be better if the "Final job offer" was actually an online process or a step in which HR could put a list of available locations and start time for the academy or even various EOD dates so potential new hires could select it on their own.

At first I liked the App it was useful and gave me a view into my application process. but lately I cannot login to my application at all. I click login, it takes me to login.gov then reloads the same login page over and over it never gives me an option to enter my authentication key.

Nice when its working. Now I cant login. Keeps saying I'm in offline mode and I need to connect to the internet and restart the app. Is this s bug issue? Please fix. Be really nice to be able to login since I'm going through the hiring process right now.

This app is indispensable while you are going through the hiring process for CBP. It makes status updates and application tracking much easier...now if only it could make the process itself move along faster...

It worked at first but as of a few weeks I cant sign in at all. Keeps saying I'm offline and I've tried it all to fix the issue but no success.

The app was working great, but now it consistantly asks me that I'm offline and the server is acting up. I have installed and uninstalled and have updated it, but still the same routine.
