Keeps on crashing! One thing I can always rely on is it will crash and restart every time I use it. I generally have the latest phones and good service.....but this app is something else! The staff claims it's a very "secure app" so it logs out any time something is detected......come on...every time! Update: Still a very poor app, keeps crashing. I only use it because it has a decent computer interface and works ok in the office. If not I would switch to normal program right away!

This app sucks I can't see my schedule and it doesn't show the shifts that it sent me texts for saying that I am working. I also do not like how I can not see all available shifts at a facility and pick and choose my shifts based on my needs and availability I do not like having to send in an entire month's schedule bc I have kids and things are always changing . They need to take a look at the when I work app it is great and works like a charm it also has communication on it as well

Great concept and it's good that the punch in screen can be set as home. Slow and clunky, and the fingerprint log-in doesn't work 99% of the time. Thus, if i want to punch in on time and not a minute or two later, I need to sign in with my password on my commute and keep the app open.

Great app for punching in and out, but biggest issue is you have to force stop the application in order for it to stop working, otherwise it eats your data like crazy! I only found out after 3 months of usage, during which time it used 75GB of mobile data, yes, you read right, 75 GIGA bits. Good thing I have unlimited data 😂😂😂

Meh. Push notifications are literally worthless. Bare bones user interface and layout. I freaking hate when it sends me an email that my check has arrived, but I have to jump through hoops to log on with my username and password on the app/web app, and even then, it STILL doesn't show the amount until the day after!!!! Fingercheck kinda sucks tbh.

Pretty simple, the app does its job and is not hard to navigate, but has constant bugs. If i reopen the app to clock back in or out, i almost always have to hard close the app because it freezes on a black screen. I'm happy to re-review more favorably once fixed.
