This app crashes more than a blind guy driving in LA traffic. The date thing is not fixed, I just tried to close out a bad address, it went into the queue, I went in 5 minutes later to re submit and it says it was 23 hours ago.

It crashes constantly! Also restarts at random. Upon install on certain devices it needs a permission prompt. Got a new phone and was unable to take photos for weeks until I was randomly told I needed to go to the app settings through the phone to give the app permission to take photos.
