The support was awesome, very responsive and they have resolved my issue so I'm updating my review to be 5 stars. Over the past week or two I have been getting notification that I have new email but when I open the app there is no new mail even after a refresh and clearing the cache. After a few hours I will be able to open the app and see the new mail. When I went to report the above issue within the app it fails to attache the debug logs and won't let me report a issue. Feature: I'd really like the option to change the notification action from archive to delete. Other then the above the app works well

Great alternative to Gmail as I am in the midst of reducing all things Google and Amazon from my life. Support is usually swift and effective. No 10 email exchanges with an outsource person thankfully. The biggest problem I have and I don't know if it's the app or my phone is that I have to delete the apps cache about 3x/week. If I don't swiping actions on individual emails won't work.

My apologies. I said I didn't see an option to see only unread mail, but I meant something else. This feature is in the app already... thanks devs for pointing that out. What I meant was the app doesn't have the ability to select tens of unread emails in bulk. You have to select them one by one if you want to mark them as unread. Sorry for the confusion.

With the last update the app in the dark mode doesn't change the text color of email body, is always grey, even in the dark mode! With this problem is nearly impossible to read an email. I contacted many times (at least 4/5) the support, but every time they reply by saying to send an email to another company's email (titan, titan-test, and others). I don't know why, but in that company seems that no one wants the hot potato of reporting the bug to the person in charge.

I recently decided to give Titan Email a try, enticed by the promises of a premium email service. I had another client today who wasn't getting my emails, yet my business partner's go through just fine. After being on the phone with her and her sending me an email then all the emails I had sent her came through. My emails are being blocked by their security, which has happened with other companies and clients. I'm losing business over all this!
