Secure Drawer: app sucks. I never got a token to reset my password on my phone. I can't even access the link on the internet, it has to be through the app which is a pain when you're simply trying to login and view a file.

Once you securly set up your login from Desktop PC/Laptop, accessing this app is a breeze, especially after you set your pin, and you can thereafter authenticate with TouchID/Fingerprint. With this app I can access my secure files in the palm of my hands whenever I need them. The Support team are gladly available to help users get logged in.

I go to log in and it just sits there and spins. Nothing comes up at all. My accountant recommended this app to send me my taxes. This app sucks.

couldn't get it to work at all. kept getting a server error while trying to sign in. I set up my account on a desktop and just wanted phone app for ease of use but app sucks.

Wont let me login for the 1st time..cant 'reset' a password. It just takes me to a signin screen like I already know a password.
