it's easy to use by writing makani number and it shows dimensions if you zoom in, beside showing details like regulations and fines. However, the only drawback is that it's not available for desktop which could help engineers and other users.

What's the point of this app, if you are going to ask additional documents that cannot be uploaded via the app? Why not say upfront all the documents that you need and, you know, actually make it possible to upload ALL the docs during the application?
